It is especially touching when a volunteer reaches out to offer her gifts of knitting baby hats, mitts and a blanket for our Baby Package.
When a new baby is born, we will bring a gift bag filled with information in a baby package and a blanket, hat and mitts to the new parents to welcome them to our Windsor-Essex Down Syndrome Association.
