Self-care for Caregivers

For caregivers: Join Up About Down for a self-care session designed to give our caregivers a peaceful and relaxing retreat!

The event will take place on Sunday, October 5th from 11:00am-1:00pm at SoHum Scent Bar located at 14306 Tecumseh Rd E, Tecumseh, ON N8N 1N1.

The session will start with a relaxing custom candle making class led by Amy at SoHum. It will be followed by a rejuvenating sound bath led by Deana at Magick Unleashed. The event will last two hours in total. If you’re interested in joining us, sign up here!
