The Photoshoot has been cancelled.

Hi Families,

UAD has been offered a wonderful opportunity to partner with Nikki Vos this summer, for photoshoots and more.

She is a first year photography student at Lambton College. She currently runs a small hobby photography business that focuses on providing affordable, quality photos to all families and individuals.

This summer, Nikki is hoping to work on a two part personal photography story project, The T-21 Project, ‘21. She wrote, “As someone who has been blessed with a family member with Down syndrome, the goal of the project is to highlight and share the stories of Ontario families who have also been blessed with a family member with Down syndrome. This project will provide families with an affordable way to represent their individuality and uniqueness.”

From Nikki:
“The first part of the project will include family or individual mini photoshoots, as well as a questionnaire form prior to the shoot. Part of the proceeds from the photoshoot will be donated back to your association. The second part will include putting together a photo story book that shares a variety of stories and photos from the families who have participated in the photoshoots. Families will be given the option to have their stories included, if desired, and UAD the WEDSA will be given the opportunity to use the books as a fundraiser.”

“I absolutely love Jackson Park, and think it would be perfect for this project! I’ve created an advertisement poster with the link for participant signup:

If you have any questions, please contact me.”

Thank you,

Nikki
