UAD is sharing info on classes from our community partner JMCC and In Honour of the Ones We Love are hosting a FREE Karate class for our young ones and siblings. The class will feature therapeutic Karate teachings and space for both kids and parents to interact. They will be starting Wednesday, October 6th, times to be determined based on interest. Classes will be limited, but there could be a possibility of back-to-back classes to accommodate everyone.
