Pepe’s Pumpkin Patch Outing @ Pepe's Pumpkin Patch

Today the 0-5 and 6-12 age groups enjoyed a day at Pepe’s Pumpkin Patch. It was great weather to enjoy many of the activities such as train rides, hay rides, corn maze and the playground. Another great outing!

The 0-5 age group are planning an outing to Pepe’s Pumpkin Patch in Lasalle on Sunday September 26th at 12pm. We will be covering the cost of 1 child and 1 adult per family, you will be responsible for paying for any additional guests. The charge will be $8 per person, and will include the corn maze, train ride, hay ride and a small pie pumpkin. You must tell them you are with the group Up About Down to receive the discount and sign your family name on a sheet for billing purposes.

Please let me know if you plan on attending by Sunday September 19th.

Karate Class Starts Wednesday October 6, 2021

UAD is sharing info on classes from our community partner JMCC and In Honour of the Ones We Love are hosting a FREE Karate class for our young ones and siblings. The class will feature therapeutic Karate teachings and space for both kids and parents to interact. They will be starting Wednesday, October 6th, times to be determined based on interest. Classes will be limited, but there could be a possibility of back-to-back classes to accommodate everyone.

Music Therapy with Candice Twees

The Music Therapy class we will be offering our UAD members, FREE of charge!

This class will run every other Wednesday from 2:30pm – 3:30pm starting October 13th, 2021. You must complete a waiver in order to participate.
