Hope you are all enjoying a wonderful start to your summer. In case you are not on Facebook, I wanted to send an email.
The June 1, 2014 UP ABOUT DOWN Walkathon was very successful and I hope that everyone had a wonderful time. A big thank you to all our volunteers who joined us and helped to make this event run smoothly. A great big thank you to the Walkathon Committee Chair, Jen Wright for all your hard work, time and energy that went into making the Walkathon a great one.

This year we added our new logo on t-shirts, walked with our new Up About Down banner, distributed our new Up About Down business cards and had dancing music after our meal. There were many happy dancers, indeed!!
This year we had some new families joining us on our Walk day and I really hope you all felt welcomed into our group.
We were supporting the new book sales by one of our parents, Cindy Lasi, Noah’s mom, called ABCD is for Down. Plus Andrew Banar was selling his Hug Apparel clothing and accessories with his mom, Karen. They provided our top 3 fundraiser winners with a t-shirt each, compliments of Up About Down. Tina Greco, Vincie’s mom was offering Haircutting services for your child /family, right in your own home. So please let me know if you need any more info…..
