The 0 – 5 age group along with their siblings and parents enjoyed a playdate meet up at Mic Mac Park.
The children had a blast playing on the swings, slides, splash pad, and all the other equipment. The parents enjoyed catching up and sharing their experiences with school, daycare, and day-to-day activities, as well as sharing ideas and information.
Snacks were enjoyed by all.

October 5 – Pepes Pumpkin Patch – Lasalle
November 9/10 – Vollmer Pool – Lasalle

The 0 – 5 age group visited Pepe’s Pumpkin Patch in LaSalle on Saturday October 5th. The weather was beautiful and the turn out was great! Children enjoyed the hay ride, train ride, corn maze, face painting, and the various play structures and activities. And each child got to take home their own little pumpkin as a souvenir!
Our Board members invited Brian Reynolds and Shawn Wallace (Seth’s Dad) to our board meeting before the summer and their presentation was so amazing that we wanted to offer a workshop/presentation in October for our families. They would love the opportunity to help our member families take full advantage of the RDSP program and to find out how the plan can best benefit your individual circumstances.
We are passing this information on to you to see if any of you would be interested in hearing their presentation. For further details, there is a flyer attached.
Family and friends danced the night away at our Annual Hallowe’en Dance to great music!
Thank you Cindy and volunteers for decorating the room in a haunting way with coloured lights and creepy spiders and skeletons. Thanks to Kelly for all the spooky snacks of candy, fruit, punch and cupcakes. A special thanks to Celesta and helper Alex for best selection of music ever! The help with putting the room back in order was most appreciated.
